Right of return

For clients in mainland Europe and Australia, radiation shielding mat’s (under bed type) and Satellit’s have a 90 day Right of Return Guarantee (Exurine mat is 45 days), subject to a restocking fee* per item for cleaning, disinfection, replacement of the outer fabric etc. and subject to exceptions and conditions mentioned below. Please contact the office you purchased your mat from prior to returning it.
A return is only possible for clients in mainland Europe and Australia, when the radiation shielding mat or satellit was purchased though a Geovital Academy trained and certified Geobiologist after a Geovital home assessment. The mats can be damaged during transit if not suitably handled and packed. This would void your right of return. If unclear on how to handle or pack, contact your Geovital office.

Change of mind return/refund is not possible on other items like; mattresses, pillows, paints, circuit cut-off switches, products sold through dealers, special orders, special sizes, made to measure items and orders placed directly with Geovital without consultation of a Geovital trained and certified Geobiologist. Mattresses, pillows and bedding products are naturally excluded from return for hygiene reasons.

For authorised returns, please post the items in suitable protective packaging to the Geovital office you purchased it from.

Performance disclaimer
EMF shielding products have been tested by professionals like Prof. Dip.-Ing. P. Pauli, using the facilities of German Armed Forces University in Munich, and found to be very effective (see the test reports). However, the application and variations of each situation is beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the level of radiation reduction achievable. Non of our products shield from low frequency electromagnetic fields or radioactive radiation.
